Unable to "Talk to Zana" after Minotaur kill.

I am running into an error where I cannot proceed further in the Zana questline in incursion Standard league. I had already completed the Shaper bonus objective on the atlas through a friend and had not yet killed Minotaur until today. I completed the Minotaur encounter and got credit for the encounter, but I cannot turn in the quest to Zana to advance the Zana questline.

*Update* Issue is still persisting after 8 hours offline, 2 relogs and 3 character changes. I am unable to start the quest Sanity's Requiem.

Could you check if you can talk to her at the "Epilogue" -> "Templar Laboritory".
Also, if you open the quest log, what does the longer description say at your current state? |
