Character Freezes/Frozen permanently.

Started new map, killed a few mobs, shield charged into room and character stopped moving, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me, mobs can knock you out of the perma freeze/stun, but you yourself can't do anything about it. As of typing this, the character is still in that state. I can drink pots, but can't turn auras on and off or cast/use any abilities.

I believe this is caused by something like:

being frozen, then phasing, then dispelling freeze. Can't remember the order but there have been several reports scattered since 2017

Since then there have been occasional reports on this and imo it's a serious bug that can kill your character... I guess it must be really hard to fix because it has still not been fixed for it's severity!

Seems on the nose, as I do have phasing and there was sea witches that did freeze me.

next time that happens can you press F1 ingame and watch your latency?

Latency was normal, 16 - 32ms throughout the window.
