São Paulo gateway lag issue

Its been a while now, SP gateway is literally unplayable arround this time (7:30pm ~ 11:00pm Brazil Time)
I get less lag playing from Texas gateway, still really lag tho.

Any information about this matter?

I'm playing a lot in the last days and didn't noticed any lag problems, just disconnections, BUT, today, in the last 1 hour it's highly unstable.
MS its reaching 1k+.
Called my internet provider and there wasn't any known problem so I dediced to check here and then I found this topic.
Any word from GGG about this?
