Disconnections

Twice in the past two days, PoE disconnected me in the labyrinth.
Yesterday, it happened after the second Izaro encounter - costing me my Offering.
Today, it happened in the Treasure Room after defeating the Dark Tome - costing me Inya's Key and all of my Treasure Keys.

Very frustrating.

What is going on here?!
