Alva cannot open temple in hideout

I have finished all incursions for my temple, I can open the temple inside a map, but Alva doesnt give me the option to open it in my hideout, regardless of where she's placed (space for portals is not the issue).

The open given options are Introduction, Dismiss Alva and goodbye

I thought they had fixed this but I guess not.

Walk over to haku, and tell him to create a new hideout. Claim it and alva will work right.
