GGG High/Jumpy Latency and packet loss connecting to Japan and Singapore server

Hello dear GGG. my normal latency when connecting to Japan server from Philippines is 87ms. For about 2-3 weeks now it has been anywhere from 178-500+ jumping up and down. Same thing for Singapore where mine is consistently 109ms until the last 2-3 weeks. here is my WINMTR and I sincerely hope you can help with this issue. Thank you for your time.
