My Belt Disappeared on the Maintance

My godly belt on Standart dissapéared after the Maintence when the server crashed, i wasnt even moving it, it just disappeared without any explanation!

When i sent an email about that, the guy responve that there is nothing to do! I dont accept that, u guys are responsible for the server, iv bought stashs and cosmetic stuff to support the game and this is how u treat us?
