Game Freezes (Elder Haunted Mansion)

My game freezes any time my character goes into any of the courtyards in haunted mansion. Only happens on my Deadeye character. Can not even shoot into the courtyard without game freezing. My other characters have no problem with this.

Might be an issue with Dx9 or Mystery barrel sextant. I have switched to Dx11 and don't have that sextant and seems to be working now. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.
