Map portal dissappearance

I might have a bug with the orchard map (t10). I got to the arena area twice and the first time I simply DC'd and lost access to the map entirely. Usually I can still go back as long as I didn't wait the 8 mins for instance clear. The 2nd time I was in the middle of fighting and died and went to go back in and the portals were gone. I had not left a single time that map.

Experienced the same issue in a few t16 underground seas.
Entered the boss room, and I got DC'd. My entire inventory was rolled back, but the map was no longer in my stash and my portals were gone.
I tried again, and two maps later, I got another DC (I was not trying to enter the boss room at the time). Once again, my portals were gone, but this time my inventory did not get rolled back
