Character Stuck in Control Blocks and Justicar not dropping Eyes of Zeal

My character can't progress past control blocks in act 5. Justicar won't drop the quest item and the exit to the next area won't highlight to let me click it.

" Run from Chamber of Innocence (you have waypoint) to Torched Courts and onward to Ruined Square (map changes slightly after Innocence "death"). If it's not the case - post screenshots of quest state(s) & Act 5 waypoint map Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |
