Disconnect on character pick

Every time, I pick character for the first time in session, unexpected disconnect occurs during loading. And I mean every time.

this happened to me, based on my hindsight, due to a slow disk.
the slow disk caused delays in reading graphics resources for drawing new instances.

I replaced my platter disk with an SSD... that doesn't affect the network, or CPU speed... but it cuts down the delay in assembling resources before embarking on a new instance.

unexpected D/C are gone, and I have been able to select the HI-Quality graphics settings.
