Can this build do all end game bosses safely? ( i p;lay HC only)

" The only boss I had trouble with was Uber Elder when I played it, but I'd never attempted him before. As for delving, I'm not running this build this league but it should do just fine so long as you're not getting one-shot. |

Just bringing this up through leveling, and it's quite nice. Tears up delves, too. Big life pool and solid sustain; Cerberus Limb + Springshield is a nice cover until you get that second ascendency.
