Blasphemy for 3 curses?

I'm currently using windscream boots with blasphemy, temporal chains, and enfeeble. I'm wondering if I can put blasphemy on my shield and connect it to frostbite. Will all three curses be simultaneously activated 24/7?

If you can pay the reservation costs and get three curses on your foes. Your windscreams give you 1 extra curse, and you can get one on the passive tree or another unique.

Yep. The number of curses on your enemies is usually limited to 1, but with Windscream that's 2. A Doedre unique will get you another. Alternatively you can grab the Whispers of Doom node.

Imo blashpemy is for 1 or 2 curses max unless you use Heretic's Veil. Selfcasting 1 curse for big targets with resistances like bosses usually does the job.

I've found that linking one or two curses to CWDT also does the job quite well (unless you're playing a 100% damage avoidance build). I used it on one of my chars to get constant power charges from Assassin's Mark.
