Lightning arrow tooltip

I bought a helm with "Lightning arrow hits 2 additional enemies".

Normally the LA tooltip says "Hits up to 3 additional enemies near the target".
But that remains unchanged when i equip the helm , when it should say it hits 5 additional enemies near the target.

I just want to know if only the writing is wrong, or the skill isnt affected by the enchant.

any response regarding this? seeing same problem
