high gpu usage

just installed poe on my laptop (dell inspirion 7000)
im running 16 gb ram,an i7 7700HQ and a gtx 1060 maxq
i trimmed down the settings of poe to a minimum but it still takes 60%~ of my gpu usage.

anyone got a fix for this ?

Use directx 11. Turn the graphics setttings to high and go play.
