Entering The Slums area in Act 3 crashing my game

Hello, everyone.

Whenever I enter the Slums in Act 3, my game crashes. I've searched up ways to resolve this. Cltr+left click the door, switching my option settings Engine Multithreading - Disabled, trying out all of the DirectX version in my options menu, restarting my laptop, don't open it in an hour. However, none of it work.

I tried going to other ares and it's working, but just this place makes me crash my game. Please do help me. I love playing the game and I don't want it to be the end of it. Thank you!

If you haven’t already, try repairing your client.
