Constant changing of temples

For the past 4 temples Alva constantly changes the incursions and therefore the temples. I was at 9 incursions left next time i meet her she opens an old temple i had constructed a while ago, then i run some more incursions im down to 2 left (including a map room 3 and a sac room) next time i meet Alva she has 8 incursions remaining. It has happened for every of the last 4 temples ive run that she randomly changes layouts and incursions remaining and I have no idea what causes it

Happened twice more for the next two temples. Over 30 incursions now without being able to open a temple cuz the layout constantly changes and incursions reset
