Local modifiers

Greetings,

I am trying to figure out a simple thing:

Let's say I have a pair of gloves with on the top Quality 20% and Energy shield 100.
Then I have the local modifiers +48 energy shield and 100% increased energy shield.

Do the local modifiers included in the number 100 or the total energy shield of the gloves is
100+48 x 100% = 248? (That would mean the number is a base number and you have to do the math.)

Thank you

These gloves would have (100+48)x(1+0.2+1) = 326 energy shield.

Quality on armour behaves the same as a local roll of 20% increased defenses.
Local flat defenses adds to the base defenses of an item.

Thank you for the answer.

So, here it leads to my second question: When I see a piece of equipment on poe.trade. The shield value on the right column (Armour Evasion Shield Block Crit. Level), is it the total or the base (100 or 326 for example)?

Thank you
poe.trade lists the total value. When the number is green, the value is calculated as if the item had 20% quality.
Thank you very much!!
