Dominus's intro speech loses echo effect if you create a character too fast

Steps to reproduce:

Go to create a new character. Reproducible with any class.
Listen to Dominus talk about you.
Enter a name and create the character before the speech finishes.

During the loading screen, Dominus's voice keeps playing, but it loses the echo/reverb effect it has at the character creation screen. It just sounds as if recorded in a studio.

Expected behavior: Either keep the echo effect until the speech ends, or cut off the speech once the loading screen appears.
