Temple of Atzoatl Pathing Issue

Opened up my temple today only to find I could not progress past the first room without going back to town and picking up Lightning Warp. Entering Tier 3 Factory from Entrance with a Tier 3 Defense Research Lab on the map places a pillar in the way of a narrow pathway that cannot be pathed around/walked past.

Not sure if this is intentional or not but if I had already used up my remaining portal entries I would have been stopped entirely from going past this point. Was told to submit a bug report.

Edit: Got spiked trying to go around the other way but you can't pass on that side either. :c
