Random Disconnect, Lost Item.

I was playing and I had a 6 blue socketed Searing Touch Lathi in my inventory that I had just paid a lot for. And the game disconnected me and now that staff is just gone. I have checked my workbenches. I have checked my stash. I have checked my second weapon. It is just gone. I really hope this is fixable I really have no idea what happened. I unsuccessfully tried to 5 link it with fusings and when I ran out and was running to put it in my stash from my inventory, the game locked up and I DCed. When I logged back in it was gone.

I was killing a Lich 15 Minutes ago with a friend. shroud of the lightless dropped, i picked it up, i even identified it. Then a disconnect. Item was gone. i ran back to the Map (it was still open) but i couldn't get back to the abyssal depth because 'the subinstance does not exist anymore'...
The first good item this league... gone XD
