Sao Paulo Gateway Network Issues

YAY We exist :D

I did noticed I needed to open an instance 4 or 5 times before it would open a portal no Incursion day 0 and 1.

Last 2 days I haven't noticed any issues (I assume I might have been in the new hosts)

Ya same issue, needed to open instances like 5 times to work.

Impossible to play hardcore here on brazil.

This is the first time i see a company so engaged on fixing things, even for a place most people on the world doesnt care at all.

But yes, if u can fix this, u will really be loved by us south americans.

Good news!
A server issue ate my last temple :(
Until it's fix, I'm going back to Texas server, just like old days, 200 ping = no inst heal flasks and some "/oos".

Incursion is an excellent league and I'm anxious to enjoy with 50 or less ping.

This happened to me recently... Brasil Server is running so badly that I can't even play... I'm sorry guys but I'm very dissapointed and I hope this get fixed as soon as possible, too many people want to play the game and they can't because of lag.

Common SP restart without count and lost Maps and Temple in last days! Why not set a restart count!?
