Crashing after gears

Start to crashing after the update. Immediately after the cutscene gears. Steam version. The same problem with the official launcher. Checked the files, reinstalled. Does not help. production_config is empty

Exact same problem. Havent played since 2015, re-installed today.

Same problem. Playable on my laptop but not on my superior desktop. Everything is up to date. Strangely enough, changing to directx9 solved my issue but I'd rather not play at all if that's the only option.
