Hi, just wanted to ask what I can do the next time this error happens (see title) to provide you any information, so you can fix this issue that exists since at least 2.4?

Nothing. When the game crashes, GGG automatically gets a report when you restart the client. The stickies, which you should read, tell you as much.

Then I do not understand why this is still an issue.
2.4 came out nearly 2 years ago :( | |

There have been lots of updates since then so it could be different cause between now and then.
