EU Servers slow motion/fast forward

Hi, since you now hopefully have enough $$ to fix servers, please do so.

All EU servers (London, Milan, Frankfurt, etc.) and even Moscow have an issue that at a certain point (not sure what exactly causes it) you get slow motion for a few seconds and then are fast forwarded. This can obviously result in deaths.

Everyone I played/partied with experienced this (10+ people) on seperate occasions.

So what did we do to experience this?
In flashback, partying with 2-6 people. 3 sextants on map (doesn't matter which one, underground sea, waste pool, belfry), beyond zana rolled, HH buffs active. Kinetic Blast.


Funnily enough, on Washington this never happens, but unfortunately ping is 150-200 there, so I'd prefer to play on EU servers. But right now, it's just not possible.
