is the skilltree unchanged? Why you didn't take Holy Dominion node? (below Light of Divinity)

When i load the PoB pastebin link, fire resistance is 17%, is it intended?

All gear is not accounted for in the PoB.
Holy Dominion should be specced. I'll make sure to doublecheck and fix that!

Any weapon that gives you extra dmg like "non chaos dmg added as extra chaos" or "x% of your phys dmg added as extra y elemental dmg" :)

Most people prefer AM due to the extra damage, though I've always went with WM myself thanks to the leech. It's usually just a matter of taste hence the mix-up!
