Poet pen question

So if your setting up a character with dual poet pens using two spells in each like fireball and freezing pulse for example. With "ideal" attack speed for pen character is there a benefit to having one of each spell in both wands to fire the spells off quicker or would it not matter?

Also would linking in a faster cast in the wand with the spells have an affect or since they're triggered is your attack speed the only factor?

Any info is appreciated.

Cooldowns are shared between spells that are the same, so having two of the same spell does nothing. Unless you have some really weird build that relies on them having different supports.

the cooldown on PPs for each different spell is 250 ms, so you want to hit roughly 4 aps. If you use items with increased cooldown recovery speed that value changes, dependant on your cdr.

Castspeed does nothing.
