Secure account. Help.

Last time I visited the game a month ago. Today I tried to enter the account. Could not log in. I login in after recovery password and login. But I found that I was lost all exalts, chaos orbs and other significant currency (maybe things, did not check). My account has been hacked? What I need to do and how to secure my account?

2. Don't be afraid to use your native language, it generally gets the meaning across better that trying to translate to another language first.

3. By default your account has an IP address lock, any change to the IP address triggers a lock and an email sent to your registered email address...the problem there is that if you were hacked then the hacker has both the game account details and your email account details.

You must secure your email account first, change the password for it via a clean device, you should do this first.
