Gameplay Help and Discussion - Survival secrets More then just 3 mana Regin - Forum

Survival Secrets says it only adds 3 mana regin per second and I only have 24.6 mana Regin but when I add Suvival Secrets to my tree, I gain more then just 3 mana per second I jump up to 31.9. that's a 6.4 increase. It adds 3 base mana regen. So your % mana regen nodes will improve it.
