Buy orb of transmutation

I get 7 wisdom scrolls.

It works the other way around.

You pay 7 Scrolls when you buy a Orb of Transmution from a vendor.

If you want Portal Scrolls you have to buy them in exchange for Wisdom Scrolls from a vendor.

Are you running out of portal scrolls?

If so, you may want to re-evaluate your pick-up and vendoring behavior. If you just keep picking up the portal scrolls that drop, you will have far, far more than you'll ever need. Most people stop picking them up eventually because they have thousands in their stash anyway.

Op wants to buy orbs of transmutation. They tried to do this by vendoring 7 portal scrolls. Instead they need to talk to the orb vendor and buy the transmutation orbs that way.
