Constant disconnects and slow sluggish play

You can look up me on Xbox One and find the eclipse if necessary of how it is happening yes it can be reproduced it seems like in the night during this time maybe the servers are busy I suppose.

7. Are you crashing to the Xbox Dashboard, or disconnecting back to the login screen?
I like out and then get disconnected and kicked back to the login screen for the game and have to read log back into my character consistently sometimes up to 20 times within 1 hour. Again the game well slow down halt leaving my character sitting still for up to 10 seconds then all the sudden speed up this will repeat several times and then I get disconnected.
