Main hand weapon disappeared

It sounds like you've accidentally used the key bind to weapon swap. Hold "RT" and press "R3", this should swap you back to your main set.

Press the "Back Button" to open the panel selection page. At the bottom you'll see the legend where this key combo is listed.
