New Captured Beasts Not Registering in Bestiary

Have captured the "Forest Beast" several times and this screen shot is one example that it does not register in my Bestiary.

The last screenshot reads [10/10 in storage]. The storage for that type of the beast is full. Remove/use some beasts of that type to capture more.
