[3.2]Phys Raider Cyclone||200%+ movement speed budget viable

Introduction

So I wanted to play phys cyclone raider and there was no guides for it so i made one by myself,
this is my first guide so don't hate tips are welcome.
I am not any good at making builds so there is still place for improvements.
Also this build is for mapping not high life pool nor dps.
2 version of this build 1 with kondo's pride and second with Starforge.

Overview

Pros:

+Good clear speed
+Budget friendly
+Fun to play
+75% phys reduction
+Can use ventor's and bisco
+Pretty fast

Cons:

-Low life pool
-Could have problems on map bosses

Skill Tree

Kondo's version with bleed.(lvl 92)

Starforge version without bleed.(lvl 92)

Ascendancy: Rapid Assault->Way of the poacher->Avatar of the Slaughter->Avatar of the Chase

Bandits: Kill all

Skill tree explanation

Kondo's: We take bleed nodes for 100% bleed on hit chance for kondo's 50% increased damage against bleeding enemies.
Starforge: We take out those get some more dmg and strength(life).

Note that there isn't increased damage against bleeding enemies and vulnerability.
Also this is Kondo's version, currently broke for starforge.

Is there any reason why you didn't just go resolute technique and drop the accuracy nodes? Crit chance is only 5% and you don't invest in it at all.

You have lot of accuracy nodes with attack speed that i would take anyway so its not really needed bcs you have 93% hit chance anyway. Also you get resists for easier gearing and i wanted to make it for qotf viable so you have some more dexterity.
