Quest gliched or what?

I play on legue Standart.
Char name - SCexplode
Quest is Shadow of the vaal.

I complite all the question line, now i need ascend the ancient pyramid and kill the boss. But some reson pass is closed.
Thet's heppend after server restrt. 3.2.1b update.

And i am not only 1 who have this teleport/pass glitch.
