No Warden's Chambers in upper prison!

I have reset the instance logged on and off 3 times and Warden's Chambers is not populating in the upper prison for me. I ran it on my higher level character and it is there! This happened right after the patch and restart today.

Also having the issue. Exit to Warden's Chambers from Upper Prison not highlighted. Ranger, level 10. SSF HC Bestiary League. Seems to only have happened after patch. Thank you.

Same, room with blood trail leading to door but no instance to click on at door. I have completely cleared both lower and upper 3 times from a fresh instance. Both in a group and solo. I am a level 15 Witch now...

This has been already fixed. Restart your client to download the patch.
