Elemental Ground Slam Vs Physical Ground Slam

I do not take credit for making either of these builds cause I am sure someone have come up with them before. Let's get started. It seems that both builds is viable but I'm not too sure which one would be better for maping late-game. It seems like the elemental ground slam will have more damage since there are many elemental nodes and the shock will help increase the damage but the physical ground slam seems more defensive. I have created two different builds for this scenario.

Elemental Ground Slam Build:

Physical Ground Slam Build:

Both will have about 7 endurance charges.

Link for Elemental:
Ground Slam - Life on Hit/ Life Leech, Weapon Elemental Damage, Added Fire, Faster Attacks, and Melee Physical Damage

Link for Physical:
Ground Slam - Life on Hit/Life Leech, Added Fire, Faster Attacks, Melee Physical Damage, and Blind

The other skills for it will basically be the same like Heavy Strike, Leap Slam, Enduring Cry , Warlord's Mark.

I feel that both builds would work for HC and SC. Just not sure which one would be "better" in certain situations. I feel the elemental would clear mobs very quickly but the physical can a lot more damage. Any opinions would be gratefully accepted!

Your builds are slightly inefficient in their point usage.

You might want to check out these two:

Life is tough... but it is tougher if you're stupid.
I've been playing an elemental weapon character that uses all weapon types. So far it feels more effective than my physical ground slam character when using a mace/scepter and I don't need to level the gem since all that does is add physical damage. This lowers mana cost which is nice for an aura stacking build, but probably not worth it if you go blood magic. It also lets you do massive dps with a 1h if you get good mods. Dual wield elemental cleave will do more damage than Ground Slam though.
