Character Selection Screen: Character Models Invisible

Recently started playing this game and I've noticed an issue since day one that my character models do not show up at all on the character selection screen. I can select them and log in fine but I can't actually see any of them. Not a game breaking issue but it kinda sucks.

I've tried uninstalling the game and downloading it again but that did nothing.

Hope there is a fix for this, I would be grateful.
