[Failed to create swap chain] Regarding my recent issues with poe since 3.0 and onwards.

Well i guess I'm cursed as well... 3 days ago i got myself a new gaming laptop so far I've tried both d3d9 and d3d11 and honestly on 11 game just runs better and not sure but on both i got the same swap chain error:
Also the specs of the machine are:
ASUS FX705GM-EV101T
(Intel i7-8750H, 16 GB RAM, 256 GB PCI-e SSD + 1 TB HDD, NVIDIA GTX1060 6 GB Graphics, Windows 10)
And an 144hz ips panel (the game should be able to run smooth right? I've been getting some lags and stutters and I'm not sure if it's hardware or the cause of the 144hz refresh rate can't keep up tho imo it should, and I've been running the game on basically bone stock OS.

P.s. *gives 1100 pounds for a laptop just to pay PoE gets cucked by 8th gen chip comparability thanks Microsoft!*
