Acton's Nightmare bug

I cant complete Acton's Nightmare map , first rush into boss kill both and open large chest nothing happens , then clear ALL map and back to the boss room , nothing happens. I cant do nothing to complete the map.

I got the same issue.
0 monsters remain and opened the large chest but couldn't get the map completed. https://imgur.com/a/ioLfv |
