Burning Dread prophecy

Hello. I think this prophecy crashed because i killed Piety the Empyrean in all locations where player can meet her. Of course i have Dreadarc in inventory.

What do you mean "all places"?
"Piety the Empyrean" is the boss of the Shrine map (T13). You can't meet this monster anywhere else. |
