Your help is needed! Marauder crit build [HC]

So,

I'd love to make a Marauder who dishes out lots of crits, but at the same time has massive tankability since I'm playing hardcore.


Any recommendations?

anyone? Ice Spear does have lots of crit included I guess, any other opinions?

Or Fire Ball / EK crit build.
