Gaunter O'Dimm and Mirror Shards

Today the CCG Gwent got the update introduced new draft mode.

Ticket for this mode is mirror shard. Looks quite like mirror shard from harbinger league.

Is Gaunter O'Dimm, the NPC you need talk to to get to draft mode, an easter egg to Path of Exile? Mirror shards as a currency are too suspicious.
