I mean, we've been violently murdering the animals (and everything else) for many moons now. This way, some folks will want to play Zoo Tycoon instead and a tiny handful of critters won't get violently murdered.
That said? I totally get that some folks just don't jive with some things. I almost can't watch dogs being abused in movies/TV, even though it's fake abuse. Just gets to me in a way I can't figure out, but it does. On topic: WTF, Grinding Gear. I thought you guys said charges were too easy to get. Now you just hand players two out of three for free?
