Spell totem with 2 active skills?

Spell totem says it cast THE skill linked to it, but if you put 2 active skill gems linked to it, then... what happen? Just the 1st one is cast, or it alternates?

Spell totem is just a support gem. It isn't a separate skill, it only modifies skills it's linked to. If you link it to two different skills, you just have two different types of totem you can drop.
