Character won’t move in game

The game starts up just fine click on my character when I enter the game everything is frozen can’t use flasks but I can still click on all the menus the character will not move at all I just had a fresh version of windows 10 installed it didn’t do this beforeI am connecting to the Internet wirelessly other games run just fine league of legends Another note all other characters are frozen on my screen can’t receive messages from other players let me know what other information you need please
