using regular client instead of steam solves most of my problem.

Played on DX 9 without shadows with 60+ fps on the maps. Decided to test DX 11 (30 fps in h/o)

" check main post make sure apply all performance related settings im sure you get at least 40 fps dynamic resolution is huge on DX11 if you target 60 fps you always get potato setttings but more fps no longer playing
