What stats am i looking for on an EK Weapon? should i use a dagger or a sceptre?, im currently lvl 48 and this is my weapon

Spelldamage, Spellcrit and Castspeed are the stats you want.

Cast speed is prob the best stat for EK, since EK has a bit slower cast time than most other spells.
In order of most beneficial EK stats imo: cast speed, spell damage, projectile seed. They say I'm an astronaut that laughs a lot.
