My item still appears, hours after unlisting

I listed a vaal haste accidently for 11 Alts - (wanted 11 chaos). The first guy whispered me and I changed it to 11 chaos. 2 more people whispered me - like 15 minutes later. After some more whispers for 11 Alts, I took it from my shop tab in a private one. I got Messages 2 Hours after doing so.

I asked someone, how he was able to find me - official POE trade. And yeah - there I am. (img).

I closed my game now and reload the game. Now its gone. Seems to be cached at the first state, until you end your game.
