Scaling Obliteration Explosion

Hi, in what ways can you scale the explosion from the Obliteration wand? Can it scale off spell power?
I would assume jewels with general damage would work, as would the hidden potential jewel. I guess the despair curse and Occultist's lower chaos resist would also work, if triggered. Anything else? Thank you for your help!

Like all corpse explosions, it's secondary damage. Spell damage doesn't work. It's chaos area damage, so all of the stuff you listed works, plus random chaos or area damage increases.
